How it works

From your training context to logged sessions and the coach — five steps. Account creation and billing happen only in the app.

  1. Profile and training context

    You set up experience, goals, equipment, schedule, and health notes in the app. That context drives what the coach can prescribe — it is not the same thing as day-to-day set logging (that comes next).

  2. Programme structure

    Your plan follows DUP-style progression: sessions and exercises are organized for undulating load and volume. The AI can generate or review programmes using validated output — not free-form guesswork.

  3. Log every set

    You record weight, reps or hold duration, and RPE per set. Data syncs to the server so your history and coach context stay consistent across devices.

  4. Coach loop

    Chat and streaming reviews use your profile, memory, and training state. Usage respects weekly quotas and server-side rules — see the app for current limits.

  5. Keep going

    Long-term logs and archives support progression over time; the coach can reference summaries aligned with stored memory — without replacing medical advice.
