Training and logging

What does DUP mean here?

Training is organized with Daily Undulating Periodization: intensity and volume vary across sessions in a week so progress does not rely on a single repeated prescription. You log sets with weight, reps or timed holds, and RPE in the app.

Where is my workout data stored?

Training data lives in your account on the server (JSON-backed storage as documented for the product). Use the app for sync, export, and account tools — not this marketing site.

AI coach

How does the coach use my programme?

The coach reads structured context: profile, memory, current programme, and recent training. Streaming and review flows are bounded by server rules and weekly quotas; exact limits are shown in the app.

Will the coach give medical advice?

Personas are scoped to training and coaching. For injuries or medical decisions, use a qualified professional — the coach is not a substitute for clinical advice.

Memory

What is “memory” in Steel AI?

Structured summaries and cycle plans let the coach stay aligned with your block and preferences over time. Long-term performance tracking (including archive-style history) supports reviews without replacing your own judgment in the gym.

Accounts and billing

Where do I sign up or manage billing?

Create an account, verify your email, and manage subscriptions or Stripe-backed billing in the app at app.steel.coach. This site does not host login or checkout.

Can I export or delete my data?

Account lifecycle tools (export, deletion requests) are implemented in the application per the billing and account documentation — use the app’s account flows for those actions.
